How can I place my order?
To place an order, browse our website and add items to your shopping cart. Proceed to checkout, where you'll enter your shipping details and payment information. Review your order and confirm it to complete the purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through Visa, MasterCard, American Express and UnionPay currently. By submitting an order through the Website, you authorize us to process payment for the total amount specified.
Can I make changes to my order or cancel it after it has been placed?
Changes or cancellation cannot be made online. Kindly contact our customer care team at yans.sg.marketing@gmail.com.
Out of Stock Items
In rare cases where an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly to discuss the next steps. Alternatively, you can contact us at yans.sg.marketing@gmail.com for further assistance. For additional details, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Is there a size guide available for your products?
Yes, we provide a size guide on each product page to help you choose the right size based on your measurements.
Shipping
What are your shipping options?
We offer standard shipping option via Ninja Van. All orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday, unless Monday is a public holiday. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location or during peak and festive period.
Do you offer international shipping?
We provide shipping to Malaysia currently. International shipping to other regions is not available yet, but we plan to offer it in the future. Follow us on our social media for more info!
How long will I receive my order?
Domestic delivery within Singapore
- Standard delivery:Â Typically takes 2-5 business days within Singapore.
International delivery:
- Singapore to West Malaysia:Â Within 4-7 working days.
- Singapore to East Malaysia:Â Within 4-9 working days.
For international orders, the timeframe provided for delivery includes packing your order after confirmation but excludes Customs-related delays. Taxes and duties will be charged to the customer if applicable.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please visit Ninjavan to track your order using the reference number provided.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! You can enjoy free shipping on all domestic orders when purchasing above $95.
