Can I exchange an online order?

One-to-one exchanges are applicable to regular-priced item only. All sale and discounted items (including items purchased during storewide promotions and using discount codes) are strictly non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-returnable, despite of size, colour, or design. Items can be exchanged once and the exchange is final. Please note the exchange is depending on the availability of the item.

What is the exchange timeframe for online order?

All items purchased online can be exchanged within 14 days from the date you receive the product, exchange timeframe is strictly for ONLINE ORDERS only. Exchanged items must be in their original conditions received, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with the original price tag. If the replacement item is of a lower price, please note that any excess price will not be refunded. If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will have to cover the difference. We reserve the right to reject the item(s) that do not fulfill the conditions above.

How do I exchange an online order?

Exchanges can only be made at our 313@Somerset store. Kindly bring along the item(s) for exchange, together with the hardcopy of the packing slip.

Out of stock items

In the rare event that an item is out of stock after your online order is placed, we will notify you promptly to discuss the next steps. Alternatively, you can reach out to us at yans.sg.marketing@gmail.com for further assistance. Please provide the details of your purchase to process the refund. Please note that refund is applies to ONLINE ORDERS only.

No, all sale and discounted items (including items purchased during storewide promotions and using discount codes) are strictly non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-returnable, despite of size, colour, or design.

In-store purchases

Will I receive a refund for in-store returns?

Unfortunately, refunds are strictly not allowed for all items. All items are non-refundable once the purchase is complete.

Can I exchange items bought in-store?

Exchange is allowed within 7 days and must have a valid receipt. Sales items are not exchangeable. Please make sure your item(s) are unworned, unwashed, unaltered and still have the original price tag for us to facilitate the exchange. Panties and adhesive bras are not eligible for exchanges. The items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags intact. If the replacement item is of lesser value, the difference will not be refunded. If the replacement item costs more, you will need to pay the difference. Please note the exchange is depending on the availability of the item. We reserve the right to reject items that do not meet these criteria.
